Who's instruction to kill Altantuya???

The shocking but expected news today after I check the news at Malaysiakini is... Abdul Razak Baginda acquitted

So the 'Scopene' question is... "then, Who instruct Altantuya to be killed and blown by the C4??? Do Najib and Rosmah Mansor really did make the instruction as alleged by RPK??? and if both of then really has no part in the murder... does this means the UMNO Chief Justice who "married in a kedai Kain in Kangar with Tan Sri Yahya's daughter and later devorced her 3 months later" really doing his part to clear UMNO and its leaders???

well... it suites when the government named our 2nd scopene submarine as "KD RAZAK"
